RETURN POLICY

The return policy does not apply to our customized orders as it is strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride to provide high quality products and excellent services to our valuable customers. For incorrect or manufacturing defects items shipped, we have a 7-day exchange policy from the date of purchase, subject to the exchange policy terms below:

• Item must be in original shipped condition, including the original packaging, authenticity certificate card, warranty card and any free gifts (if applicable).  
• Goods damaged due to customer’s negligence will be accepted for a return or exchange in order for us to provide excellent service to our valuable customers however 20%* of the sold item fees will be collected for repair. When a returned item is received, it will be reviewed by our quality check team for wear and tear damage.

SHIPPING POLICY

WISA reserves the right to amend any policy at any time without prior notification. We urge our valuable customers to take note on the following before making the payment:

• Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical address only.

• Disallows delivery to the PO Box addresses

• Requires an adult above 21 years old to sign the package

SHIPPING TIME

Our customized orders are shipped out within 21 to 30 working days from the date of purchase.
 

Be assured, we will do our utmost best to deliver your item on time, otherwise should there be any delays to your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING TRACKING

Upon confirmation of purchase, we will send you an email notification with a reference ID confirming your shipment and a courier shipment tracking number. This gives you the assurance that all delivery is track until it reaches you or your recipient.
