EXCHANGE POLICY

We take pride to provide high quality products and excellent services to our valuable customers. For incorrect or manufacturing defects items shipped, we have a 7-day exchange policy from the date of purchase, subject to the exchange policy terms below:

Item must be in original shipped condition, including the original packaging, authenticity certificate card, warranty card and any free gifts (if applicable).

Goods damaged due to customer’s negligence will be accepted for a return or exchange in order for us to provide excellent service to our valuable customers however 20%* of the sold item fees will be collected for repair. When a returned item is received, it will be reviewed by our quality check team for wear and tear damage.
